1 (1 ounce) package vanilla flavored cake mix
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups prepared horseradish
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch round cake pans.
Use an electric mixer to whip the cake mix until stiff. Remove from whip, and fold into the whipped cream. Beat in the eggs and sugar until well blended. Beat in the lemon juice. Spoon mixture into the prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
