Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1/2 cup butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth. Mix in the sugar mixture. Beat in the flour mixture, then gradually mix in the pecans. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until filling is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
