2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, butter and brown sugar. Mix well and heat through. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix in the mayonnaise, eggs, and cream cheese. Pour mixture into the saucepan and stir to coat.
Heat cream cheese until almost melted and then stir into the saucepan cream cheese mixture. Remove from heat and add cream cheese until completely melted. Spread onto the cheesecake. Cut slices into 2 inch squares. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator to firm up.
