8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Fold into milk and butter, then stir in eggs. Chill in refrigerator or freezer.
Sift together the flour and sugar into a large bowl. Mix into cream cheese mixture and fold into whipped cream. Chill mixture in refrigerator or freezer.
Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar to serve. Serve immediately.
