1 pound steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded
1 green bell pepper, seeded and seeded
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Cut each pepper into 1/2 inch cubes. Stir pepper cubes into cooked steak, pepper flavoring with salt and pepper cubes; add to skillet. Cook over medium heat until peppers are heated through.
Place steaks on medium heat in skillet and heat peppers over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove steaks, and mix with meat. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 1 minute and whisk liquid mixture into skillet. Return steaks to skillet. Cook steaks over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until steaks are no longer pink inside.
