2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sliced pepper jack cheese
1 cup chopped Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix milk, Cheddar cheese, eggs, Swiss cheese, pepper jack cheese, mayonnaise, onion, green bell pepper, salt, black pepper and mozzarella cheese until smooth. Serve over French toast, burgers or spaghetti.
