4 Eggs
1/2 (32 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In a shallow bowl, stir together the egg yolks, gelatin and bread flour until very pale.
On a lightly floured board, roll the dough out to 1/3 inch in thickness. Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces with cookie cutters. place cookies 1 inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to10 minutes in the preheated oven. change the settings to a temperature between 380 and 390 degrees F (177 to 179 degrees C) and let the cookies center for 1 minute before removing from oven. Cool for 1 minute on wire racks, then remove from oven and pinch off small pieces to melt the sweetened cream on top. Freeze for 2 hours or longer.
