1 1/3 pounds bacon
2 cups pitted organic onion
4 cups diced celery
2 cups cubed cooked ham, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
For the Dipping Sauce: In a medium bowl combine the bacon, onion, celery, ham and salt & pepper to taste. Mix, cover and refrigerate, whisking frequently, to ensure freshness. When ready to serve, cover with the olives and dill and toss.
