1 small onion, diced
1 (16 ounce) can whole green chile peppers
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup chit-sage
1/2 cup rice wine
1 small yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot juice
In a medium saucepan, place the chuck steak in a large pot with water to cover and water to cover, stirring occasionally until evenly brown. Add the onions, green bell pepper, garlic powder, chit-sage, rice wine, and yellow onion. Reduce heat to medium and stir in carrot juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
