2 tablespoons olive oil
2 ounces fresh red jubilee pea
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 green onions, quartered
3 teaspoons dried chives
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
Saute pea for about 5 minutes, or until translucent. Stir in garlic salt, pea, garlic and green onions. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture is a little thick.
Stir chives and basil into pea mixture, then sprinkle with chives and basil. Mix in Italian-style seasoning, salt and garlic.
