1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir together brown sugar, curry powder, salt, vanilla, parsley, green onions and pineapple. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.
Stir in almonds and walnuts. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
