Banana Brunch Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup milk

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 bananas

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Melt margarine in a saucepan and stir in cocoa/corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir continuously, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in milk, pecans and cheese. Cool slightly. Beat in bananas. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Remove from oven; let cool 10 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into cubes. Serve warm.
