Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

1 cup milk

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and milk until smooth. Beat in the evaporated milk. Mix in the pudding mix and pudding mix. Beat in the coconut cream and coconut cream pudding mix. Stir until well blended. Spread mixture into cookie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
