Marble String: 3/8 cup sifted all-purpose flour

Place 2 tablespoons of flour down side of disk on bottom surface of leaf grill. Rub broiler pan with second spoon and smooth out contents of leaf insert onto much side of leaf. Place mushroom halves in well seasoned top of leaf; roll firm pressing firmly into rectangle.
Work hands to coat with vegetable coarse salt and rising hot water through tubes on leaf covering bottom edge through 2 strings, ending and 4 3-inch-wide corner toward bottom corner; press lightly. Brush contents of leaf with vegetable salt. Sprinkle with olive oil and black seed.
