1 (4 ounce) package pizza sauce mix
1 large red onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried orange zest
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
Place spaghetti squash on a large flat surface and cut into 1/4 inch slices. In a medium bowl, combine spaghetti squash, onion, garlic, basil, salt, oregano, pepper flakes, oregano and orange zest. Mix together until well seasoned. Serve with pizza sauce.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Remove squash slices and mixture from pan. Add poured oil and stir to coat.
