Greek-Style Breakfast Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup plain yogurt

4 eggs, beaten

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1/3 cup golden raisins

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup frozen confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup wireless instant coffee

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch glass mold or casserole dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together oats, yogurt, and eggs. Stir in the flour, raisins, salt, vanilla extract, and instant coffee; mix well. Divide batter evenly into glass mold or casserole dish.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 35 minutes, until firm. Cool completely before serving.

If you like eggs benedict, you gotta try this. This is so easy and so delicious, trust me, you won't be disappointed! It beats any other technique I have tried....I might try it with white flour for some sweeteners but that is probably not needed. So smooth and nice.  If you are careful with the butter you might want to use less sugar but I found 192 for sweet. And it very easily could have sweets heeled.....I might try coconut up the next time.....
