1 1/2 cups water
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
1 (10 ounce) package instant chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 cup whole black peppercorn clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped black peppercorn clove, chopped
1 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon red marmalade
In a blender, combine water, coconut milk, chili powder, pepper salt, peppercorn clove, garlic powder, cranberry sauce, green onions and mushrooms. Blend until smooth.
