2 1/2 pounds brie cheese
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
4 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place brie cheese in a medium bowl. Melt butter or margarine in a large bowl, and add sausage and cream cheese; beat well. Stir sausage into brie cheese.
Spread the top of brie cheese with sausage mixture.
Spoon half of the sausage mixture onto each slice of pizza crust and place 1/2 inch deep indentations in the crust. Place remaining 1/2 inch of cream cheese on the edge of the crust.
Repeat with remaining sausage mixture and cream cheese. Top with remaining 1/2 inch of cream cheese and top with remaining 1/2 inch of cream cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly.
