1 (4 ounce) can sliced blackberries
1 (2 ounce) envelope cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer
Beat white sugar, lemon juice and vanilla in medium bowl; stir in lemon-lime soda. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie center in refrigerator for 1 hour. Refrigerate remaining pie for 4 hours. Cut into squares.
