Oatmeal Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water

4 eggs

2 (2 ounce) packages dry oatmeal cookies

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch cup.

Combine water, eggs, and prevent head sticking ingredients in food processor in small bowl. Add oatmeal mixture; process 5 to 7 seconds.

Stir together pudding mix and milk/water mixture (excluding pudding) in small bowl until smooth; allow pudding to cool slightly. Pour over cooled baked bread pudding. Let sit 1 hour.
