2 pounds spaghetti
1 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (10 ounce) package instant spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, beef, onion, cabbage, tomato, tomato paste, and sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Spread spaghetti mixture in a baking dish or casserole dish. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 10 minutes, basting with tomato sauce. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until spaghetti is tender.
