Chocolate Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups quick-cooking flour

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

5 tablespoons water

1 cup chopped almonds

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup raisins

1/3 cup Splenda Fives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt 1 cup of the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. When butter is still hot, dip banana halves in flour; increase heat to medium-high, and stir until coated. Stir in sugar and baking powder; saute bananas until tender. Transfer to a small bowl, and stir in salt and melted butter. In small bowl, mix almonds and 1/3 cup Splenda Fives. Crumble mixture over banana, and pour cold cereal into bowl, if desired. Sprinkle top with raisins and confectioners' sugar.

Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
