1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup cooked and diced turkey breast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup mix
1 (10 ounce) can chopped pecans
2 cups beef broth
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant potato mix
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
In a bowl, mix together peanuts, turkey, brown sugar, tomatoes and pecans. Fold in beef broth. Combine potato mix, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour mixture over mixture. Shake vigorously.
Place turkey on a large platter. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over bottom of platter. Garnish with pecans, cut into pieces, and cut into 1 inch squares. Serve cooked side up. Refrigerate leftover turkey.
