1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) package pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cube cream cheese, sliced
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
2 (2 ounce) packages vanilla flavored Jell-O
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan or 9 inch round cake pan.
Sift together the brown sugar, white sugar, milk, cream cheese and pumpkin into a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until mixable. Stir in the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pumpkin and Cottage Pie Crust. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
