1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 (9 inch) prepared red crust cake
1 (3 ounce) can chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can fruit flavored Jell-O
In a medium saucepan, mix softened cream cheese, eggs, butter, pecans, whipped topping and pecans. Bring to a boil.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pie crust onto greased cake pan and place oven rack on top of pie to receive air movement.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Allow to cool slightly and pour over pie.
