2 quarts mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup cold milk
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Stir in the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce; boil for 2 minutes.
Stir lemon zest into the prepared jar. Pour over the mayonnaise mixture. Fill jars with hot water and vinegar. Cover and let sit overnight.
When the jars are cool, open and discard lids.
