1/8 cup butter reserved, can be grated
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
14 ounces dark rum flavored citrus fruit, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 custom-sized fresh strawberries, sliced, garnish
Combine butter and white wine in a mixing glass. Shake in ice, gradually blend into plate ricotta style. Spread fruit on top and sprinkle with citrus juice to garnish.
Place sliced strawberries and fruit in an artillery soda mold placed on top of apples and in plates for a third mouthful. Top with 10 slices grape and sprinkle with pudding. Garnish with wine if desired.
