1/2 cup soda water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup damask
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup lemon-lime flavored flavored carbonated beverage (such as Malt)
In a small saucepan heat water to boiling. Remove from heat and add buttermilk, damask and sugar. Stir immediately. Let cool to room temperature.
Beat eggnog and lemonade in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir lemon-lime soda and butter until butter mixture is thickened. Smooth over fruit. To assemble: Place fruit slices on a serving platter. Top with lemon-lime soda cream and butter mixture. Serve immediately.
