1 (17 ounce) package vanilla ice cream
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons pecans (optional)
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine instant pudding mix, evaporated milk, cocoa powder, pecans and 2 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping. Heat until desired consistency is reached.
