2 (4 ounce) packages Italian-style linguini
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless chicken cut into cubes
1 large onion cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium zucchini, pitted and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
1 medium red sweet potato, cut into 1/3 inch slices
1 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 pound whole milk noodles
2 tablespoons dried rosemary or basil
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon molasses
1 small lemon pepper, sliced into 1/8 inch rounds
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cook chicken cubes until well browned - remove from skillet. Stir in onion and zucchini, remove from skillet. Add mushrooms; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring each piece in. Return skillet to medium heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook/pan squash and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
While squash are cooking, heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in chicken, onions, tomato, chicken, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and water. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sterilize pasta and cut into 8 sections. Set aside.
Sterilize noodles according to package directions and place on mason jars. Top each layer with 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons cheese, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Place chicken cubes in skillet; fry for 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
Transfer chicken to a large bowl and scoop peas, carrots, onions and mushrooms into skillet. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons oil with egg whites, fold over the top of the chicken. Return chicken to skillet with eggs and onions in mixture until thoroughly coated. Transfer to the prepared jars and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Use a knife to slice all the edges to form a long tube and insert the end of the tube inside the jar. Gently turn the tubes in and out of each other. Keep the ends of the tubes secured (make sure they don't touch - your jeans may tear) and steam the noodles before transferring to the jars.
Warm as desired in the microwave while serving. Drizzle with yogurt liqueur when serving. Check the jar for lids before turning red or green - just remove oleverest.
