6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Add olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, basil, rosemary, white vinegar, chicken broth, lemon juice, and celery.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
