3 (8 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
2 (3 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle black olives
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
In a large bowl, mix artichoke hearts, mushrooms, black olives, onion, cilantro and water. Serve with tortilla chips.
