8 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
10 green onions, quartered
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups large leaf mushrooms
1 cup chopped shallots
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Whisk together olive oil, chicken broth, pepper, onion, bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushroom caps, green onion, shallots, sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup olive oil, lemon juice and 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. Pour mixture into a 1 quart casserole dish.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes.
