2 medium onions, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
6 medium tomatoes, quartered
2 medium green peppers, quartered
1 medium red bell pepper, quartered
2 large zucchinis, quartered
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 large onions, diced
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place onions and tomatoes in large bowl of quick cooking pot; cover tightly. Add the peppers, bell peppers, zucchinis, carrots, onion slices, olives, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5 minutes per side.
