1 whole large black bean, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
4 tablespoons finely crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons sauteed tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon paprika
salt to taste
In a medium bowl, combine black beans, Romano cheese, and bacon. Whisk together all ingredients and whisk until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Stir tomato sauce into mixture, lime juice and paprika. Season with salt, and roughly chopped bacon.
