Peach Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.66 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant espresso coffee granules

1 (4 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (2.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-in. pans.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, and espresso coffee granules. Beat all ingredients until well blended. Stir in milk.

Fold into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.

In a small bowl, mix orange juice, orange zest, peaches, maraschino cherries and peaches, drained. Mix thoroughly and pour over cake.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and vanilla pudding mix until blended. Beat in orange juice mixture. Stir in fruit and pineapple chunks. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto bottom and sides of cake. Sprinkle with sliced peaches and maraschino cherries.
