2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garishment (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
Preheat grill for direct medium heat.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions for about 5 minutes, then stir in garlic and rosemary. Stir in wine and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir chicken cubes into tomato sauce, and cook for about 30 minutes, turning once, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
