Refrigerated Cracked Wheat and Barley Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup sunflower seeds seeds

1/4 cup barley

6 tablespoons ketchup

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, sunflower seeds, barley, and ketchup. Stirring mixture thoroughly, blend cornstarch and salt; pour mixture over loaf. Spread mixture onto loaf.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. If a small amount of liquid is remaining, pour into the pan. Bake for 45 minutes longer.
