1/2 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
6 slices Cheddar cheese
8 ounces Mexican-style processed cheese food, diced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 2 to 3 pound dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease; set aside.
In a medium skillet, stir in onions and cheese and bubble the beef up. Drain excess fat; add to mixture and stir well. Transfer meat mixture to the serving dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately.
