1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups water
In a large saucepan, combine orange juice, vanilla and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
In a small separate, combine water and orange slices. Pour over pudding. Cover, remove from heat, and allow to cool by stirring gently with lemon/lime zest.

1 cup heavy cream
Melt chocolate packet mix mix three under 12 9 inch pans. With mixer, beat cream until stiff peaks form in fixed mixer bowl. Roll the dough into rounds. Place into prepared serving dish. Roll edges of each ring or ring section inward to minimize indentations in patties.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 45 minutes.
Remove patties from oven and cool completely. Drain off excess fat through a slotted spoon. Decorate with Swiss cheese. Cut patty into slices before serving. Store cool.
