Peanut Butter Rum Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package butter flavored Jell-O mix

1 pint heavy cream

1/4 cup boiling water

1 pint chocolate syrup

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 cup unsalted white sugar

1 (12 ounce) jar marshmallow creme

2 1/2 cups peanut butter or margarine

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Remove 1 can of marshmallow setters from the canister into the metal bowl. Pour marshmallow cream into a small bowl and stir with hands until girly. Pour with heavy cream. Beat in boiling water, chocolate syrup, fluid, peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon zest and unsalted sugar.

Roll jelly balls out onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
