1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package instant Irish pudding mix
1 cup sliced pecans
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon chopped cherries
2 cups sliced banana
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 small orange, sliced
1 (8 ounce) can sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, milk, salt and vanilla. Mix just until smooth. Fold in Irish pudding. Spread mixture over pie crust and spread top with pecans. Garnish with banana, pecans and almonds.
Pour cream soup over pie. Spread cream over pie. Garnish fruit with berries.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until pie is done cooking and custard is set and light browned.
