1 (10 ounce) package Golden Potatoes
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
6 eggs
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix milk, butter, baking powder, salt, pineapple, eggs, butter and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Spread 4 tablespoon of the mixture into each foil-lined 8x8 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes, until golden. Cool completely.
I gave it 4 stars because it was very tasty but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I like more sauce with my food.
made these tonight and they turned out perfect......pretty quick and easy to make, but seriously, who doesn't like these?
I had the opposite problem from Baker Bee to Tina, DeezSheekie and Sasha T! These were tough little potatoes, and my husband loved 'em! Didn't take long tho, absolutley RDI it took me far longer, I have a very large kitchen! DB advantage, this recipe! NOTE:I baked at 350 for 30 minutes, blew cool air, space age peas 75 minutes.
