1 pound bacon
3 onions, thinly sliced
10 green onions, thinly sliced
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
12 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup water
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Add onions and green onions, saute for 10 minutes, then stir in celery and cheese. Cover skillet, remove bacon and set aside.
Place sauteed bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook and stir 4 minutes longer. Add water to skillet, then add bacon. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Reduce heat to low and mix with bacon.
