1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried orange juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
12 egg whites
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place chicken in a large baking dish. Rub the mixture with the whole wheat flour and flour to coat, then rub with the onion flakes. Mix the orange juice, sour cream, sage, celery salt and rosemary. Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle the egg whites with the lemon juice and sprinkle mixture over the chicken.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes.
