2 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) can vanilla frosting
3 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookies
1 (15 ounce) can fruit chunks, drained
1/2 cup honey ice cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 inch pie pan and two 9 inch tubes or cut out tubes.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the cream cheese, vanilla and vanilla frosting. Mix in the crumbled honey ice cream. Place cream mixture evenly on bottom of pans.
Bake in preheated oven until you hear a popping noise (from the back of a spoon), about 1 hour. Cool completely and chill pie before serving.
