1 large pinch salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup chicken broth
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl combine salt, ketchup, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, orange extract, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chicken broth. Mix until smooth. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Dip chicken pieces into the mixture, then place in the oil. Fry on all sides, turning once, until golden brown and juices run clear.
