1 (9 inch) pie crust
2 (9 inch) prepared graham crackers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
1 (10 ounce) can evaporated milk
6 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, milk and evaporated milk. Gradually stir in vanilla. Set aside.
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and pudding mix until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for at least 1 hour.
