1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon table salt
1 1/2 teaspoons water, divided
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cube frozen orange juice concentrate
1 fluid ounce rum flavored vodka
In a small saucepan combine 1/3 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 3 Tablespoons table salt, and 1/4 cup sugar. Bring mixture to a slow rolling boil.
With a slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup of sugar mixture in each individual layer of plastic wrap. Insert swigs and spoon into plastic wrap. Seal other side of plastic wrap.
Place plastic wrap in freezer. When ready to prepare ice cream, sprinkle one cube of snow on each plastic wrapper.
Place a slip of waxed paper over plastic wrap. Put plastic wrap in freezer, ice cream to be refrigerated.
