Stuffed Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium chicken thigh

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon processed food coloring

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes in oil. Stir over medium heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring, until chicken is no longer pink and juices are clear.

Stir Worcestershire sauce into oil mixture. Remove chicken from skillet. Stir in garlic powder, seasoning salt, and food coloring. Spoon mixture over chicken, serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
